The 29 year-old socialite was seen working up a sweat in London's Regents Park as she completed a grueling exercise regime - with none other than Nell McAndrew.
The blonde model is Eccleston's personal trainer and is certainly qualified for the job. Despite being a mother of two, she retains a lithe figure and youthful appearance.

Wearing black leggings with peach-coloured trainers, a matching T-shirt and a grey hoodie, Nell was well-dressed for the session.
Tamara was also appropriately attired, wearing head-to-toe lycra - a move which showed early evidence of her baby bump.
The pair were seen completing various exercises, but paid particular attention to the thighs, buttocks and legs.
